In 2011, Antoine Audran, a culinary professional with 40 years of experience in the world food industry, launched PT PKR Bali, on the beautiful island of Bali, in Indonesia.

This was the birth of an Indonesian food manufacturing company, which focus on producing quality RTE & RTU food items for HORECA & Retail industry alike, without compromising on the quality & healthy aspect of our food products.

PT PKR Bali is one of the few Indonesian food production companies, using the process of “Sous-Vide”, an innovative technique that offers flexibility, efficiency, safety & unmatched flavors & textures for the finished products.
Following our passion for perfection, we keep on improving our existing food product range as well as creating new recipes, Western & Asian alike, anticipating the client & the market trend.
We proud yourself in using the finest locally produced ingredients available as well as of our endless culinary creativity, in order to be able deliver ultimate quality food products to an always demanding market.

In 2013, PT PKR Bali entered the retail industry market, under the brand name “Java Bleu – Solution Culinaire” & our products are now available in all major supermarkets in Jakarta & in Bali.
